Having a short break over Easter provided the perfect opportunity to finally learn how to crochet a granny square. The joy of YouTube meant I was able to see exactly how to use a crochet hook and it was fantastic to be able to pause and replay the demonstrations. My first attempts are a bit wonky and I don’t know how many years it will be before I make enough squares to create a blanket, but a very satisfying few days.
I found this website which provides simple, but very pretty crochet projects with lots of very helpful photographs.
