After 20 years my husband finally mentioned the vast quantity of wool that has accumulated in our house. I didn’t question his special collection of wood ‘seasoning’ in the barn for whittling on the lathe!!!
However, he does have a point. The balls of wool have been multiplying recently, rather like the Tribbles that Captain Kirk had to deal with on the Starship Enterprise.
It is all in a good cause. I have a very clear idea of giant crochet flower cushions for the new sofa in the conservatory. The challenge is to simply fathom out how to make them without a pattern, hence the need for so much wool.
